The Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton is working in partnership with children’s aid societies across the province to improve supports and services around the duty to report process in Ontario.
We are seeking to learn about the experience of service organizations and community partners with respect to duty to report, including identifying concerns and challenges with the goal of ensuring that Duty to Report is implemented in a way that reflects child welfare’s strategic vision of a system based on equity, respect and empowerment, consistent and excellent services, and ultimately, child safety and well-being.
