- Any misrepresentation on this volunteer application, my resume, or during the interview process would be treated as cause for termination of my volunteer role by the Society.
- I will abide by the rules of the Society.
- I will supply a police vulnerable sector screening clearance, if required, from a designated Police Services branch, satisfactory to the Society, as a condition of volunteering.
